Our Medical Advisory Board (MAB) members comprise six select trailblazers who are the most trusted voices in the medical aesthetic industry. They offer insight into best manufacturing, performance, and clinical methods for all BENEV products and use their education, experience, and expertise to do so.

BENEV Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) are accredited professionals who trust BENEV technologies in their everyday practice—some KOLs even host product-specific training sessions and lead didactic lectures for potential users. The Newest MAB Members: Dr. Chilukuri and Dr. Saltz

Suneel Chilukuri, MD, FAAD, FACMS is a board certified, internationally recognized cosmetic dermatologist and reconstructive surgery specialist. He joined the BENEV Medical Advisory Board in October 2022. Sylfirm X and BENEV Exosomes (EXOBalm too!) are key offerings in Dr. Chilukuri’s practice: Refresh Dermatology. The complete line of BENEV Exosomes allow him “...as a healthcare provider and physician to do more for clients and provide better results and experiences.”

For over 20 years, Suneel Chilukuri has performed nonsurgical facelifts and practiced cosmetic dermatology with an intent to achieve patients’ beauty goals. He is published in over 30 medical journals and has over 160 abstracts and presentations worldwide. Chilukuri is an involved member of his field, as former president of the Houston Dermatologic Society; Board Director for DASIL, an international group of cosmetic surgeons and dermatologists; and Board Director of Blade and Light, a surgical-based charity.

Dr. Chilukuri’s philosophy is that sharing knowledge and training techniques is his responsibility as a top industry luminary. As a prominent BENEV supporter and new MAB member, Dr. Chilukuri will further advance BENEV’s growing clinical portfolio.

Renato Saltz, MD, FACS is also board certified, and he specializes in aesthetic surgeries of the face and body. He joined the BENEV Medical Advisory Board in February 2023. Dr. Saltz was actually one of Sylfirm X’s earliest adopters. Although he is a plastic surgeon, this dual wave radiofrequency microneedling device became essential in his office; Dr. Saltz uses it to either finalize surgical procedures or maintain surgical results.

Almost ten years ago, Dr. Saltz left his eight-year position as Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery and Director of Summit Plastic Surgery Center at the University of Utah to pursue his dream of opening a plastic surgery clinic. Dr. Saltz, a plastic reconstructive surgeon with an interest in cosmetic surgery, specializes in facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and breast augmentations. He is also the founder of Image Reborn Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women with breast cancer.

His experience broadens his perspective as an MAB member, as Dr. Saltz has been on both the teaching and practicing sides of medical aesthetics. Renato Saltz, now part of BENEV’s elite Medical Advisory Board, will add immeasurable value to all future aesthetic endeavors.
